Diaper rubbing baby??

Did/does anyone else’s baby get rashes like this from their diapers? He’s just now speed crawling and trying to walk. We’ve been using parents choice diapers for a long time. And this just started like last week. We changed to luvs and it still happened. He even got the “rash” in a different spot on his thigh. I believe it’s his diaper rubbing him. But what can I do? Bigger size? We put ointment on it also. He’s 22lbs and wears size 4 diapers. I don’t think it’s a brand thing since we changed and it didn’t seam to help.

Don’t mind the buggies diaper I just put it on him because that’s all I had at the time that wasn’t parents choice.
