How are your babes dressing up for Halloween? 👻

I know they will all look adorable no matter what costumes they wear, but what is the theme you're going for? 🤗

My son is obsessed with the grinch so our whole family is going to do the grinch theme. This is the outfit we picked for him and I can only imagine how pissed he’ll be at us when he’s older and sees pictures of him like this 😂😂

I would dress my son up but he really has nowhere to go this year and no one to show off too. So he’s just going to wear a Halloween themed outfit instead. There are some cute ones at Walmart this year.

Scary. I’m in the U.K. and over here everyone dresses scary for Halloween! 
We’re still going trick or treating but a bit different this year! People are putting pumpkins out and the children are going out and pumpkin spotting. When they see one we (the parents) put a treat in their bucket. This way they get to dress up and go out but no door knocking etc. Some people are hanging bags of sweets from trees in their gardens for children to take one each too so I think we’ll still have fun! 
I don’t think I’m going to buy a new costume though I’ll put her in one we already have so she’ll most likely be a skeleton or a spider as I have those from when my sons were toddlers!

I totally dropped the ball last year, tried to find something for her at Target on Halloween. 😂 you can imagine how well that turned out. So this year, I got us matching Halloween PJs, and with some fun hats and felt, I’ll be a cat and she’ll be a bat!

We’re still planning on trick or treating as long as our city allows it! Our neighborhood has a Facebook group and everyone agreed to still participate but wear masks and gloves and give out candy from their porch or driveway. I specifically bought candy wrapped in plastic that parents can wipe down if they want. We’ll probably wipe down the plastic wrapped stuff and let anything in boxes sit for a few days before eating it. That’s what was recommended for our groceries and I figure candy isn’t really and different 🤷🏻‍♀️
For costumes, I think we’re going to do Charlie Brown themed! I love doing family costumes. My son will be snoopy since he loves dogs, my dog will be Woodstock, hubby will be Charlie Brown, and I’ll be Lucy :) I plan on passing out the candy while my husband walks around with son, so I was thinking I’d make Lucy’s psychiatric help booth out of cardboard to sit behind. I want to go all out with decorations this year too, so maybe I’ll have a “great pumpkin” in our yard too!
