Is this normal?

I’m 6 DPO and my husband and I did our best to have sex during the fertile window but we were under a ridiculous amount of stress (house fire, dad in icu, break in and so on). The last three days I’ve seen very thick, jelly like mucus. More than I’ve ever seen. More like slime than anything else. Marble to egg size.

Multiple web sites say it might be a sign of pregnancy but I’m terrified to get my hopes up. Advice???? I’m supposed to start my period in 9 days.
