Help please

So little back story I'm 8 days late today . Only time this has ever happened is when I was pregnant for my last two little ones. I took a digital a couple of days ago and was feeling off today and nauseous so decided to try a regular test and I feel like I very faintly see something. What do you guys think ? I could just be crazy but would love your inputs. Tia
