Fish???
Did anyone cut fish out of their diet whilst being pregnant!!! I love love love salmon cooked and raw and raw tuna fillet..... I’ve cut them out because of the risks of Mercury consumption....... I didn’t eat fish with my first two my youngest is 7. But this pregnancy I am dyinnngggg I want it so bad!!! It’s almost the only protein I actually crave!
I know wild caught is better than farm bred butttttttttt is it safe?
Did anyone continue to eat it and not have issues?
