Late period, however negative pregnancy test?

My cycle has always been very regular, however I was due for a period on Friday and it never started. I am experiencing all of the symptoms of a period such as cramping, emotions and breaking out. I have taken several pregnancy tests and each one is negative. Has this happened to anyone else? I plan to call my gynecologist in the morning, however it is very concerning.

Not abnormal to have one or two cycles a year just be off. Especially if you’ve recently become sexually active or just stopped having sex, or if you’ve been more stressed than normal

I'm in the same exact situation but I'm on month 2 of no period. I had a gyno appt last month and the doctor didn't seem too worried but I've never missed two periods in a row.

Totally nornal. It happens sometimes and generally isnt a cause for concern. Your gyno is unlikely to do anything. The general timeline is 90 days without a period before they will do anything.

I spoke with an obgyn nurse at my gynecologist office this morning.
She assured me that this can happen and is nothing to worry about. This is common during a stressful time. What is concerning is when you're experiencing long-term bleeding.
I've taken many negative pregnancy tests. The nurse told me to continue with the pregnancy tests for now.
Just a waiting game now, I guess 🤷
