Does anyone know what this is and what can help get rid of it ?

She has her 1 month check up Friday . I searched and I believe it’s “baby acne “ but is there anything I can do to help it at first it was just a little known it’s all over face 😩😩🥺

Update: we went to the drs and she has eczema. With a little baby acne , but it’s mostly eczema . She was prescribed a oil for dry sensitive skin to help with the inflammation and flakiness of the skin. Thank you all for for your advice I appreciated it greatly 💛💛.

If you are breastfeeding make sure to drink plenty of water. My son developed similar redness and acne on his face and body . I drank lots of water and it cleared up in a week.

Are you breastfeeding? It looks like an allergic reaction to whatever you ate if you breastfeed. If you don’t breastfeed definitely allergic reaction to dairy in the formula. My daughter looked like this at 6 weeks 😭

I used Baby Aveeno Oatmeal body wash. Bathed him at night & applied to skin. Skin was fully cleared when he woke up the following morning.

Yes that’s just baby ache. My son had it as well. When I stopped breast feeding and switch to formula that happened. Maybe it might be the formula. Check with your baby’s doctor to see what to do next. But its normal

If you are breastfeeding take your breast milk on a cotton round and put it all over your babies face ! Keep doing this twice daily

Warm water apple cider vinegar rinse after the bath pat dry and apply coconut oil all over should start to clear up within three days
