8 months old has food allergy and EBF
My baby has milk,egg, wheat, soyabean and sesame allergy.
I am EBF and I eat all of the above very consistently, should I stop eating it.
Also will he outgrow these allergies.
I am FTM and so nervous about food allergies 😭
