Is it okay to sleep on my belly??

Just found out today I’m pregnant and I was wondering if it’s okay to sleep on my belly according to my last period I’m already a month along, I’m having trouble sleeping due to the fact tht I sleep on my belly!! Pls help!!!

Yes. I am 18weeks and still sleeping on my belly. It’s the only way I can sleep right now

You can sleep on your belly until it’s too uncomfortable and then you sleep on your side

Yeah you can sleep however you want until at least the second trimester, probably longer.

Fine for the first trimester but many don’t since you’ll need to get used to sleeping on your side soon. That’s best for blood flow to the baby
