Placenta previa, c-section scheduled for 11/5!

Had my 32 week appointment yesterday to check on if my breech baby had flipped (it did!) and if my placenta had moved (it did not). I officially will be a 2-time c section mama which is semi devastating for me.

I scheduled for 11/5 so I will be 38+5. The ultrasound/mfm doc said I should do 37 weeks but I was not emotionally ready for that, so my OB said we could do 38.

The only other things we discussed were the potential for a hysterectomy (if the placenta doesn’t come out naturally, low risk they said) and also having my tubes removed since this is our last baby.

Anyone else considering having tubes removed?
