Do I need a belly band?
I’ve always had back and hip issues but since getting pregnant it’s nearly unbearable. I work fast food 40+hrs a week and during and after work it’s honestly hard to walk it hurts so bad. A lot of the time I feel a pain in my hip that shoots down my leg. And recently my belly has been feeling sore and the muscles on the sides of my belly pinch me really good and I have to sit down. I’m only 18 weeks is it too early to need a belly band? What can I do to help these pains and what belly bands are the best for a cheaper price?
