How do I conceive after birth control?

Hi my name is Monea and I am trying to convince ...in February of 2020 I got on the depo shot and august of 2020 I stopped taking it because it messed my body up. End of august I got on the xulane patch and recently I just stopped taking it because my boyfriend wants kids. I do have irregular periods ( period would stay like a month and a half then it would be heavy heavy) Now that I am off birth control I need my periods to be normal so I could at-least track my ovulation if I’m even ovulating. ( any advice or help )
