Fit pregnancy?!

Question

I’ve lost 24lbs since the end of June and going into my 3rd pregnancy excited!
Anyone else planning to have a fit pregnancy?!

I lost 20 lbs in the last 4 months leading up to this pregnancy (still early 5w6d). Now I am just going to focus on outside excerise like dog walks and hiking (especially going into winter when I often become a slug).
I gained like 60+ lbs with my first pregnancy, I would really like to not do that this time.

I have been working out inconsistently over the summer. I am still obese, however I love my prenatal/postnatal barre blend workouts and I also love having my elliptical to get a bit of cardio in as well. I have been doing these exercises consistently since finding out that I am pregnant.
So is my pregnancy going to be a super fit one? No, but the exercises will definitely help! :)

I’m trying I was training for a fitness competition and then bam pregnant 😭 so I’ve been pretty depressed haven’t worked out or ate good, and nauseous so it’s hard for me to get motivated, but I try to still workout a few times a week; I was doing almost 2 hours a day till I found out so I had to dial it way back

Im planning on a fit pregnancy! This is number 4 and I only just finished breastfeeding my 19mth old so I feel like I need to be super healthy to replenish myself for the next baby. I also have very very quick labours and the fitter I am the less shock I go into post labour.

Hoping to have a more fit pregnancy. I’m pregnant with my 3rd. I put on 40ish lbs with my first and second but lost most of it. I’m finding it really challenging to do and fit in exercise with the exhaustion and nausea right now

I'm trying but ive struggled to get to the gym this past week, I'm so exhausted! I've been eating really well though and have lost 4 pounds so far this pregnancy so I'm hoping to start toning again in the 2nd trimester

I want to! I gained about 60 - 70 lbs my first pregnancy. I stopped weighing myself at about 9 mos and 180 lbs. I was so uncomfortable, I promised myself I’d set good habits early the next time. I haven’t been very regular with exercise since my first, though I’ve tried to be thoughtful about what and how much I eat, and was back to 135 when I got pregnant this time. But now that I’m in morning sickness mode it is so hard not to just binge on carbs! I’m literally sitting in front of a plate of samosas and butter chicken right now 🤦🏻‍♀️ What is helping you stay motivated? Maybe I can learn some tips!

I would like to! On my good days I try and do more; right now that's just housework and yardwork. I'm hoping second trimester will give me more "good" days and I can develop a more consistent work out. Last pregnancy I walked and did yoga a lot. This time around I would like to do more weight training and toning.

I'm going to try! I've had to lose baby weight 3 times before but this is the most consistent I have been with workouts and clean eating prior to getting pregnant. Hope I can keep it up! Awesome work btw!

I lost 40lbs before we tried to get pregnant. I’m now almost 10 weeks, I ran a 5k at 4 weeks and then “morning” (all day) sickness struck. I haven’t done much in regards to working out and carbs are the only thing that seem to stick in my stomach. Before getting pregnant I was eating so clean, any advice on how to get back into it... when I can’t stand the taste of fruits & veggies? 😅 I’m hoping the 2nd trimester allows me to eat fruits/ veggies without being sick. This is my first pregnancy.
