Sweaty vag please help

So about over a month I’ve had this weird body odor when I sweat. It’s almost like an ammonia or like a weird smell . Not fishy . But I smell it a lot when I sweat down there. & lately I’ve been sweating a lot down there even when I’m just sitting. It’s not the inside that smells it’s the outside. I also have a weird taste possibly the same taste in my mouth. Not a metallic taste but almost like a wine taste & I smelled the same smell I smelled when my boobs were sweating. It’s so strange. I do drink water. Maybe not as much as I should. I use these cranberry pills I take once a day . I will say my diet has been lacking in fruits and veggies. Idk anyone experience this. Also I’m super clean 🧼
