I haven’t worn my retainers in about 3 years. My top teeth are fine. My bottom have shifted tho. The front 4 teeth are getting messed up again. I can see it when I open my mouth but other than that no one can tell.

Is this worth getting braces/Invisalign?

Could the orthodontist adjust my retainers to fix these few teeth?

Or should I just get a new retainer made to prevent further moving
