Shampoo/products for scalp psoriasis?

Hello just wondering if anyone has any recommendations on shampoo, conditioner, and any hair products for scalp psoriasis. It’s starting to be that time of year for me and I am sick of the flaking and burning. I know I could see a dermatologist but my insurance is a pain.

I use cleansers that help minimize flaking and coconut oil fro the dryness.

This stuff works wonders. Put it pretty much on your scalp for 3 minutes and then you can take a shower.
