Bum brush. 
Muslin swaddles.
ZIP UP SLEEPERS. (Snaps are not something you want to deal with half asleep)
Haaka if you’re breastfeeding. 
Waterproof pads for under crib sheets or if your water breaks.

My son lived in these for the first few months. We had a fleece one because it was cold but you can get a cotton one too. It was also necessary for nursing because I had trouble at first positioning and this got his little puppet arms out of the way lol
