Which one should I use?

I woke up at 3:45am to pee and have a drink. Went back to sleep.

Woke up at 5:30, took my bbt. Went straight back to sleep.

Woke up at 8:45, took my bbt again, forgetting I’d already taken it.

But would it be more accurate at 8:45, seeing as I hadn’t been walking the floors 2 hours earlier, rather, I was sleeping?
