2months late, negative pregnancy test

I am two months late, every-time I take a test it is negative, I’m going in next week to see the doctor but I want everyone’s honest opinion on what could be going on with me? Like is it possible to be pregnant but not get a positive test? Or is it possible to to go a while with no period?
