can’t stop crying

I don’t know what to do...just lost my baby girl at 18 weeks ☹️😭 Just found out last week the gender through blood test and was going to my anatomy scan and they found no heart beat...it’s soo hard and i really need someone to talk to who has been through this cause all i wanna do is cry..
