Taking Care Of The Kids By Myself Because Of A Sick Husband

My husband almost never gets sick so when he does it hits him like a train. He doesn't have Corona by the way. He got tested. He has has diarrhea and has been throwing up like crazy. I have a six week old and 2 year old. I've been trying so hard to do this by myself. I think about asking for a little help but then see him having diarrhea on the toilet and vomiting into a trash can. It's probably best he IS NOT helping because I don't want him to get the kids sick. My 2 year old is also autistic so it's a struggle. I sometimes really want to ask for help but he's running a fever of 103 so I don't want to be selfish. I just want to cry because he's been like this for a few days and with having no help and no time for myself. Taking care of an autistic 2 year old and breastfeeding. I feel drained.
