tmi!!!

hi! so for the past week-10 days, i’ve been experiencing some pain/itchiness near my vagina. i looked today, and there is a medium/small bump on my labia that is very painful, and red and pussing. i think it’s from when i shaved about a month ago, and i think it got infected. i would take a picture but i’m a minor so i’m not posting a picture of my vagina, but it truly hurts. then on the upper part of my vulva, there is a bump that’s more irritated than anything, and it’s really painful and itchy as well. then on the other side of my labia, there are two very tiny bumps that i’ve felt before, but they always go away, but they’re really hurting me. basically itsa mess down there, and i would love some input! please! are there any over the counter medications i could take for an infection? since covid is still huge here, getting a doctors appointment is very hard and i really don’t want a man (or woman) doctor to look at me down there because of things in my past. i’m not allergic to any medicine, so anything/any recommendation would be greatly appreciated!
