Fell sleep while pumping
I went to pump at 10:50 and while I was pumping I dozed off, when I came back too it was 12. I was pumping the whole time. I didn’t get much out when I did pump. I’m scared I hurt my supply. Has this happen to anyone else. It I really mess up? 😢🤦🏻♀️
