Tampons Vs. Pads

Question

So, I’ve been wearing tampons since teenage years and my doctor just told me I should not wear them anymore. It’s better to wear pads I guess. I never really looked into the reasons by wearing tampons can be bad or damaging and I am shooketh! I’m still trying to get use to the pad thing and it’s really hard. How do y’all feel about it?

I used to use pads, then tampons, and both make me feel gross. I live the diva cup because there’s nothing artificial and it isn’t as damaging as tampons. Tampons used to give me bad cramps

These are what I use and I love them I never liked using pads because even though I had them on I still would have accidents where I’d have spots on my clothes without knowing or something like that with these they keep me completely covered so no accidents 😍

These are my favorite! I've had really heavy glows and this sucker holds it. I don't feel "wet" like some other pads have made me feel. I feel like I'm not wearing anything at all. I stopped using tampons like 5 years ago. I'll never use em again.

I like to use these. Just bc tampons make me feel kinda sick. Also these pads make me feel like I won’t leak bc of the wings in the back.

If you prefer tampons, try a menstrual cup! It’s a more natural option that you don’t have to change as often and will save you tons of money in the long run!
