Does plan B mess with cycles

So the past two cycles I’ve taken a plan B both times and periods have come super early both times at like 2 weeks, when usually they come every 23/ 24 days

Now I am unsure if my period is late as I’m expecting it to be two weeks again, or will it just go back to normal this cycle and go back to being every 24 days, hence why it is now later than two weeks?

Does plan B do this to anyone else?
