Miscarriage
So so so heart broken. I had a positive pregnancy test about a month ago. Never had any big pregnancy symptoms- nausea here and there, some heartburn and bloating. I never had any bleeding so I tried to stay positive but I think deep down I knew this wasn’t going to be a good pregnancy. I just came home from my first ultrasound, should’ve been 9w2d but my gestational sac only measured 6w1d and was empty. I didn’t realize it would hurt this much. 😭💔👼🏻
