False positives ?

So my friend took these yesterday after being 6 days later. Later that day she spotted pink and got scared. Went to the hospital and blood & urine were both negative at hospital. She got her period now. Anybody has an idea what it could be? 3 months ago, same thing. 4 faint lines, blood work negative.
