pimple..or not?

this is just a pimple, right? I do not have acne, nor do I get pimples. I’ve gone through puberty and I only get pimples for 1-3 days max when I’m due or on my period. I’m supposed to get my period in three days so it’s about that time. the few that I’ve had never looked like this though. it’s almost like a yellow and then the skin around it is yellow. it’s just a pimple though, right?
