Pregnancy or PMS or perimenopause?

Question

I am 41 with average cycle length of 28 days. My AMH is 2.41 ng/ml. My periods have missed three days but pregnancy strip test is negative.
Is it PMS or perimenopause or it is too early for pregnancy test? Please suggest.

We cannot provide any definitive answer to any of these suggestions. Period might vary up to 7 days in an odd cycle due to hormones. Late period is not only caused by pregnancy. If your lutheal phase is greater than 13 days and you were late 3 days I am afraid you are not pregnant. You need to test your FSH to check if you are perimenopausal. My AMH was 13 but so my FHS. Which meant I am already perimenopausal despite high follicular count and  ovarian reserve. You can have high ovarian reserve and still be perimenopausal.
