How to get rid of a nasty cold. Any tips?

So ive just found out ive gotten pregnant, and a day after that I caught a cold of my germ of a brother. 
My partner actually caught it off him and I got it off my partner. Its awful. Aching bones, horrible coughing, full of phlegm, runny nose, sore throat, sore head.
The usual..
Has anyone got any tips on how to make this MF go faster! Im over it! I feel angry thinking about it.. and dealing with the anxiety of early pregnancy at the same time.. I seriously can't.
Please any tips! I drink 2Ltrs of water each day, ive had plenty of vitamins and especially vitamin C, im keeping warm,

Mix honey and cinnamon in a cup into a paste and eat it with a spoon. Beat the fricken corona with that and my asthma inhaler. And some strong menthol cough drops either fisherman’s friends Or cepacol. Haven’t had bronchitis in 3 years. Used to get it it several times a year. Breaks fevers, you name it.

2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in a small cup of warm water. Drink a couple times in the day. You can add a spoon of honey if it’s too strong. 
For cough: chop onion into a bowl, cover it in honey and let it sit on the counter for a few hours until the onions sweat and it’s a thinner consistency, you can add some squeezed lemon if you want. The syrup it makes will be your new cough syrup to take all day long and before bed. It’s strong, it works.
