Upper stomach muscle pain
I am 23 weeks with triplets and i woke up yesterday morning with my muscles in my upper stomach extremely sore. For me to cough or sneeze or make certain movements it hurts bad. Im wondering if it is muscles seperating to make more room. The last week i have been growing a lot more. Anyone else?
