Im On birth control am I crazy?

I'm on birth control and I think I've been ovulating through it although I dont get a period i get changes in my cervical mucus it goes from thick white to clear egg white consistency. My doctor told me I'm still covered in my week break between the pill packs. Sooo I had sex with this guy on my week off cause I thought I was covered (he was supposed to wear a condom but didnt for the first few minutes and he had a ton of precum then put it on after) but a few days later I had cramping really bad on my right side and my back. i didnt really think anything of it till almost 2 weeks later when I went to have some shots and it completely repulsed me and made me feel nauseous. Sooo I dont know if I'm pregnant or if my mind is just running crazy. I guess it's a good thing I have a doctors appointment on Monday. Am i just being crazy?
