Help I’m confused!!!

So I’ve been getting this cervical mucus for the past two weeks or more. I had some light spotting on September 19th and 20th. I’m 6 days late. I’ve been testing for the past week and all I get is negatives. I also have lots of pregnancy symptoms but it could just be all in my head.. we’ve been trying for almost 8 yrs so far we did one round of femera and my doctor said my 21 day progesterone test came back at 0.53 so I didn’t ovulate.
