If I have implantation bleeding- how long afterwards did you get a positive test?

So this is kind of long, you don't have to read the whole thing thats why I posted my question at the top 😜

I got my nexplanon removed Aug 25th and started my period the 28th. I started the nuva ring Sept 1st. I'm fairly certain I ovulated Sept 15th (EWCM) and we BD the day before on Sept 14th.

I'm not sure what my cycles normally are because they were so irregular with the nexplanon but going off a 30 day cycle I was supposed to start today. My cervix feels softer than it should for a period and when I wipe I have light pink mixed with clear discharge but I don't need a pad or tampon. Very mild cramping but it feels different than period cramps (honestly my period cramps might as well be labor contractions 😅).

I tested negative this morning. But with my other kids I didn't have implantation bleeding so idk what it looks like.

Only reason I'm asking for thoughts is because I feel pregnant. I feel slightly nauseous, my boobs are sensitive, I'm tired, my cervical position and feel...

I know i could wait until tomorrow to see if I keep bleeding but im impatient I guess.
