Terrified!

So I’m going to start with I’m pretty sure I only ovulate once a year! So last year around this time I got pregnant my pregnancy was non viable but my body wanted to hang on to it and was not miscarrying on its own so I had to have a force dnc done. Well I am pregnant again this year same time same everything almost to the day! And I’m terrified to even see an ultrasound I get freaked out Everytime I have a little cramp and I’m super stressed does anyone else feel this way?
