I’ve been schedule for like 3 weeks and only work 8-10 hours a week where I used to work 4-6 days at 7 hours each day so I finnally asked why and they said it’s cuz I just stand at the register and I’m basically just there for a free paycheck , meanwhile they leave me at the front my whole shift by myself and still expect me to empty out 4-5 bins of stuff when I can barely leave my register anyways cuz there’s always customers I get called a bitch at work they do nun just laugh I get disrespected and there no where to be found and also they always on there phones and sitting in the back of the store 75% of the day and they not work calls either

But I’m being punished I try my damn hardest and not to metion the air don’t work so I’m working in a 100 degree store with just a small fan in front of me
