Private BDSM business

I really want to start my own private Dominatrix business but im not sure how to start and I don't know a lot. I want to draw up a contract that states everything is consensual just incase they want to throw it back to my face. I would talk to the client about what they are into and have them write it down on the contract. Then explain the rules/ give them a copy and then talk about prices. If I use any toys they would be completely safe and thoroughly cleaned and soaked in cleaner for a day depending. I will have protection just in case of the client tries something. Also I will not be fucking my clients just helping them enjoy their kinks.

Is this a good way to start?
