Example 1 - 24 month old cries, pouts, whines, pulls when leaving somewhere he wants to stay like playground, toy store, amusement park. Is this normal type of tantrum behavior for that age or is it extreme?

Example 2 - it’s past bedtime and he is rushed through his routine and wants to continue playing with toys. He has a meltdown while getting him changed into pajamas. Is this normal tantrum behavior or extreme?
