When do you feel flutters?

I'm so wanting to feel my babies flutters I'm 10 weeks and 2 days pregnant with my second baby and I haven't felt anything yet when did you all start feeling your baby's first flutters

12-15 weeks for both pregnancies

With my first, I felt flutters at 20 weeks. With my second I started I started feeling them around 16 weeks!
