Would nocturnal orgasm lead to miscarriage???? 😔

Today I’m 14dpo and woke up with an orgasm after an erotic dream.. I had the same at 12dpo and that’s what prompted me to check for pregnancy.. so I can further monitor 🥺.. it’s a positive and I’m anxious. I don’t know if it’s a coincidence but I had 2 losses earlier and had the same- sexual dreams & orgasm! Coincidently I haven’t been having my usual symptoms from around 3pm.. now I’m getting worried.. I have mild adenomyosis & pcos.. has anyone experienced something similar and went on to have a normal pregnancy? Thank you! 🥺♥️
