I’ve never had anything like this happen?!

AF due October 7th. Cramping, nausea... breast pain started today. I’m also a regular smoker, have been for 5+ years and have only had ONE cigarette today. It was this morning. And later today, the thought of it made me sick. Today, I went to wipe and this showed up.... is this implantation bleeding?
