What should I do? I know it is recommended to wait until the 12 month mark to start whole milk, I am wondering if anyone had experience starting earlier? My baby will be 12 months in two and half three- ish weeks and he has been on my frozen breastmilk supply for the last few months and now I’m running out! One option I thought about is mixing whole milk in small increments to help continue my supply, but I’m second guessing because everything I read is against it (I understand the reason). Second option is getting formula until the 12 month mark, but I have no idea what to look for. Anyone have any suggestions to give my mind some ease would be immensely helpful as I have been stressing of this moment. Thank you!
