Lh after miscarriage

I had a miscarriage three weeks ago.. Dr took a test two weeks ago and it was negative. No blood test.. took a pregnancy test this morning and it was negative.. took an ovulation test and got this.. sorry didn’t realize the pic was burry before throwing it out..
