Early symptoms

I have taken a few test and seem to be getting faint positives. I didn’t want to test too early bc I had a chemical pregnancy a few months ago and really don’t want to get my hopes up again. BUT my boobs hurt something fierce and I’m also getting so nauseous so I figured to test to be certain.

Has anyone experienced symptoms before a missed period? With my first pregnancy I didn’t have any symptoms other than mild cramping for at least 8 weeks....

I’m going to keep testing until I get a definite positive and then of course I’ll make an appointment but just wanted to see if anyone’s gone through this.
