Lump behind my babies ear area ?

I’m freaking out I just found this lump behind my daughter ear and I’m not sure if it’s her lymph nodes it’s only one side and in august she just got over hand foot mouth disease. I’m not sure what is going on no other Symptoms that I can see other then her Eczema flaring back up and her wanting to itch it .
