posterior cervix at 41weeks+1

Went for a sweep today and midwife couldn’t do it properly as my cervix wasn’t desirable.

She said cervix is slightly soft and slightly open only because I’ve had a baby before! Otherwise it’s very high and doesn’t look like baby will be arriving anytime soon which means I will be induced (which I really don’t want).

I’m so upset

Anyone else told they had a posterior cervix and labour wouldn’t happen without intervention but went into labour naturally soon after a partial sweep??

Also each week baby heart rate gets slower (she checked and mentioned it but said as it’s at 120 she isn’t concerned yet!) he started 4weeks ago at 150 3weeks ago 140ish 2weeks ago 133 and now 120!!! Anyone had that before? Midwife said to just pay real attention to movements but I feel panicked now
