Terrified!

I had my 2nd miscarriage this year in July- so I got on birth control pills because I wasnt sure I was ready to try again-well I bled all of August and and was sick of it, so I stopped taking them and told my fiancee, we'll just be careful around my ovulation time. Well-whats strange is a few days after stopping the pills. My bleeding stopped. Then about a week and a half later (September 10th I think) I started bleeding again for a few days and it seemed like a period. Well. I've noticed I've been extremely tired, and alot more hungry so I took a pregnancy test yesterday and it was Positive! I have no idea how far along I am, and I'm scared I'll lose this baby because I dont have typical symptoms like sore breast (they do feel fuller) or nausea.... any input would be appreciated.
