What could it be?

I know it’s normal to have tiny dots underneath the labia minora skin and everyone has them, but I have this one bump that’s a bit bigger than those little ones and it hurts when I touch it. It’s been there for years, I don’t know if it grew in size because I touch it so much to like see if it hurts or if it’s always been that size. It has recently after all these years become a white head. It hasn’t bled, nothing has come out of it, it doesn’t irritate me till I touch it. It’s only that one spot, it hasn’t spread to any where else. Does anyone else have something like this? Is this just like those normal little bumps everyone has?
