HELP! Twins? What do you see?

Hi! My doctor told me at my 7 weeks that this looks like twins with one yolk sac? We saw two heart beats...but only one sac. I just want to know if anyone has seen this? We did IVF and put in oh embryo, but it looks like it may have split! Or is it just one? Ha ha HELP!

One sac could be hiding behind baby. I didn’t see a membrane separating mine until 13 weeks

Yes you are having modi or momo twins. I would go to your on soon and have him send you to a MFM or high risk doctor.

If there is two babies and only one sac then it would be classified as Momo twins (identical high risk twins) there is always the chance of finding a membrame later on making them modi. I would follow the momo/modi facebook group. Lots of similar stories and support. I'm currently pregnant with MOMO twins and if that is what you are having just try to prepare for a lot of things coming.
