menstrual cup & fake nails

i just started using menstrual cups and i have my nails done and they are long, if you use the cups and have acrylics please help because it’s just hard for me to even put the cup in with my nails because the pinch or scratch me 😂

i just need ideas on how to put them in and take them out with long nails!
